The Finsbury Business Centre Ltd. (“The FBC”), acknowledges the importance and duty of privacy and its management. Information that you provide to us when you communicate to us by email, letter or licence. If we enter into a mutually agreed upon licence for providing office, hot-desking or meeting room space, you are obligated to provide us with your name, business address, telephone number, email address, and in some cases, your photographic ID and bank details, in order for us to deal with you effectively. The legal basis for processing your data is based on your consent, performance of a contract with us or our legitimate interest to provide you with information that we will have stated at the point the information was initially provided. We will not store, process or transfer your data outside the scope detailed above unless we have an appropriate lawful reason to do so.

Disclosure of your information
Your information will be shared and disclosed to some employees and consultants of the FBC and/or its sister company (EC1Virtual Ltd.) only, or, if within the terms of a contract between us, to any relevant and mutually agreed upon 3rdparty. 

If at any point you would like for us to delete your information from our databases please notify us at  and we will comply with your request so as soon as practicable.

Your rights over your information
1.1.1       Right to Access Your Personal Information. You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you by making a request. We would ask for proof of identity and sufficient information about your interactions with us that we can locate your personal information.

1.1.2       Right to Correct Your Personal Information. If any of the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you may ask us to correct it.

1.1.3       Right to Stop or Limit Our Processing of Your Data. You have the right to object to us processing your personal information if we are not entitled to use it any more, to have your information deleted if we are keeping it too long or have its processing restricted in certain circumstances.

Where we store your data
The data that we collect from you may be stored on our systems. We will take all steps as we consider reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

The transmission of information to us via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through our website or to us through emails. Any such transmission is at your own risk.
