Maintaining a virtual office at The Finsbury Business Centre gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world...
The Finsbury Business Centre (FBC) was set up in 1983 on the site of a former 1930’s print-works. It was one of the first business centres in London and has helped a variety of diverse and interesting businesses to grow and flourish over the years.
A bit about us
Run as a family business, the Finsbury Business Centre provides a friendly and accommodating atmosphere for small to medium-sized companies, and prides itself on its familiar, non-corporate identity. Affectionately known as “Fawlty Towers”, the FBC enables businesses to grow in an informal and relaxed manner. The Centre has become an integral part of the local community, with a recently refurbished café, tranquil break-out spaces, and a beautiful rooftop terrace on the third floor.
Located in the heart of Clerkenwell, the FBC comprises 40k sq. ft. of space, divided into 60 individual units, which are all newly decorated before occupation. Units are available on a monthly licence. The licence fee includes rent, business rates and super-fast internet. Services such as electricity, IT support and telecoms are charged in arrears.
When our start-up moved into FBC we thought we’d stay for 4 to 6 months. Thirty years on we are still here due to the great office space, fantastic reception and really friendly and helpful management. Marvellous place to work and relax. Looking forward to the next thirty years.P.M. - Mills Whipp Projects
